ABOUT US

MX Gold Silver Trading Limited (the "Company") was incorporated in Macau on 24 July 2023. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Timeless Resources Holdings Limited ("Timeless", together with its subsidiaries, "Timeless Group"), the shares of which are listed on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Stock Exchange") under the stock code of 8028.

The Company is principally engaged in physical gold, silver and precious metals trading. To take advantage of the rapid development and preferential government policy in the Greater Bay Area, together with the extensive and solid experiences of Timeless Group in gold and silver trading, the Company was set up for provision of a one-stop precious metals trading place in Macau.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mr. Felipe TAN

is the executive director and chairman of Timeless and directors of its subsidiaries. Mr. Tan has over 40 years of experience in metal trading in Hong Kong and PRC. He is the chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of GobiMin Inc. ("GobiMin"), the shares of which were listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada (stock code: GMN) during 2005 to 2023. He had also been the founder and /or directors of companies listed on the Main Board and GEM of the Stock Exchange in Hong Kong as well as PRC. From 2009 to 2018, Mr. Tan launched the precious metal trading business, predominantly silver, and operated a silver processing workshop in Hong Kong with annual capacity of 500 tons of silver.

Mr. Ronald TAN

is an administrator of the Board of Administration of the Company. He joined Timeless Group in 2016 as the project manager of Timeless Group, responsible for evaluating and overseeing different investment projects. Mr. Ronald Tan has been appointed as the executive director of Timeless since 2019 and is directors of certain subsidiaries and investment company of Timeless. He is also responsible for strategic planning and international expansion of the investment company. Mr. Ronald Tan graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master degree of Arts.

Ms. KO Yuen Kwan

is an administrator of the Board of Administration of the Company. Ms. Ko has comprehensive experience in finance, accounting and compliance matters of listed companies in Hong Kong and Canada. Ms. Ko joined Timeless Group in 2014. She is also the chief financial officer, vice president corporate affairs & secretary and director of GobiMin, the shares of which were listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada (stock code: GMN) during 2005 to 2023. Ms. Ko had been the company secretary of companies listed on the Main Board and GEM of the Stock Exchange for more than 20 years, responsible for the company secretarial, legal and compliance matters. Ms. Ko holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the CPA Australia. She is also a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional and a fellow member of both The Chartered Governance Institute in UK and the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.

HOLDING COMPANY

The immediate holding company of the Company is Dragon Ocean Holdings Limited which is a company incorporated in Hong Kong and a wholly owned subsidiary of Timeless Resources Holdings Limited, the shares of which are listed on GEM of the Stock Exchange under the stock code of 8028. Timeless Group is principally engaged in (i) the exploration, development and exploitation of mines and trading of metal; and (ii) research, development and sales agency of bio and nano materials products as well as software maintenance and development services. In addition, Timeless Group has investments in various projects including e-sports tournament services, nano applications as well as smart farming solution and services.
